Shipping Method:

We utilize Akis Express pick up points for all our deliveries.

Shipping Cost:

The shipping cost for all orders is a flat rate of 3 euros.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated time for delivery is between 3 to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is out for delivery you will received a message from Akis express

Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the Akis Express pick up point provided during checkout is the correct one to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect pick up point provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we only offer shipping within Cyprus. We do not currently offer International shipping.

Shipping Holidays:

Please note that shipping may be delayed during public holidays and peak seasons. We will do our best to notify customers in advance of any potential delays.


Return Policy

At As you wood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Return Period:

You may return or exchange your product within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unused and undamaged
  2. The return or exchange request must be initiated within the specified return period.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at www.instagram.com/asyouwood/ or an email to orders@asyouwood.com.cy to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the product securely in a bag or box.
  3. Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund or Exchange Options:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference:

  • Refund: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees, to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchange: You may choose to exchange the product for another item of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the original payment method. If the exchanged item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or customized items
